In order to deal with the problem of income inequality and establishing a fair distribution of income should identify its risk factors and appropriate and effective policies be adopted to improve income distribution. Due to the growing trend of income inequality, high unemployment and economic inefficiency in various societies, especially in developing countries, and the special role of government in achieving a fair and equitable distribution of income, the issue of good governance needs to be addressed. Income inequality and good governance are among the most important economic issues in any country. The World Bank has good governance based on six indicators; It has introduced corruption control, government efficiency and effectiveness, political stability, quality of law and regulation, rule of law and the right to comment and be held accountable, one of the most important components of which is the corruption control variable. Indicators of governance play a very important role in the economic environment in terms of economic growth and development. Governance is considered as one of the basic inputs for the welfare of the people. Therefore, paying attention to the role of indicators of good governance and its absence, especially in developing countries and its impact on income distribution, which is one of the most important goals of governments, is very important and necessary. This study is one of the preliminary studies that can be compared to other studies from three aspects: technical, regional and temporal.The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of good governance on income inequality in selected developing and developed countries, with emphasis on control of corruption over the period 2017-2000.   METHODOLOGY In this research, three indicators of political stability, rule of law and corruption control have been used as good governance. Using dynamic quantile panel regression, on one hand, the effect of good governance indicators on income inequality has been investigated, and on the other hand, the effect of tax revenues on Along with the inflation rate and GDP per capita, it has been investigated as instrumental variables on income inequality.   FINDINGS The results of the estimated the dynamic quantile panel regression model show that control of corruption and rule of law in both countries the quarters 25, 50 and 75 respectively positive and negative and significant effect on income inequality. Political stability in both groups of countries has negative effects in quarters 25 and 50 and in quarter 75 positive and significant. Also the tax revenues, inflation rate and GDP per capita these quarters in the selected countries have different effects on income inequality.   CONCLUSION Rule of law and corruption control indicators have significant negative and positive effects on income inequality in both groups of selected countries and in all quartiles, respectively. Also, the coefficient of the political stability index shows that in the first two quarters in both groups of countries, it has a negative and significant effect on income inequality (Gini coefficient) and this can mean that with political instability, weak investment motivation and consumerism in these societies. be strengthened, which leads to a decrease in production and income inequality. Meanwhile, in the third quarter in both groups of countries under study, the political stability index has a positive and significant effect on income inequality, in the sense that with the increase in political stability, income distribution becomes more equal.}, keywords = {Good Governance,Control of Corruption,political stability,income inequality,dynamic quantile panel}, title_fa = {تأثیر حکمرانی خوب بر نابرابری درآمد در کشورهای منتخب در حال توسعه و توسعه یافته؛ با تأکید بر کنترل فساد}, abstract_fa = {چکیده گسترده معرفی: توزیع نابرابر درآمد در جامعه موجب بروز مشکلات بسیاری در حوزه‌های اقتصادی، اجتماعی و سیاسی هر کشور خواهد شد، به همین دلیل یکی از مهمترین وظایف دولت‌ها توزیع مناسب درآمد در جامعه است. دولت‌ها برای رفع نابرابری درآمد راه‌حل‌های کوتاه‌مدت توصیه می‌کنند، در حالی ‌که اجرای این سیاست‌های کوتاه‌مدت بدون شناخت عوامل تأثیرگذار می‌تواند پیامدهای نامطلوبی بر توزیع درآمد داشته باشد. به همین منظور برای مقابله با مشکل نابرابری درآمد و برقراری توزیع عادلانه درآمد باید عوامل مؤثر بر آن را شناسایی کرد و سیاست‌های مناسب و کارآ در راستای بهبود توزیع درآمد اتخاذ شود. با توجه به روند فزاینده نابرابری درآمد، نرخ بالای بیکاری و ناکارآمدی اقتصادی در جوامع مختلف به‌ ویژه در کشورهای در حال توسعه و نقش ویژه دولت در جهت رسیدن به توزیع مناسب و عادلانه درآمد، مطرح کردن موضوع حکمرانی خوب نیاز است.  نابرابری درآمد و حکمرانی خوب از مهم‌ترین مباحث اقتصادی هر کشور به شمار می‌آیند. بانک جهانی، حکمرانی خوب را بر اساس شش شاخص؛ کنترل فساد، کارایی و اثر بخشی دولت، ثبات سیاسی، کیفیت قانون و مقررات، حاکمیت قانون و حق اظهار نظر و پاسخگویی معرفی کرده است، که یکی از مهم‌ترین اجزای آن، متغیر کنترل فساد می‌باشد. شاخص‌های حکمرانی از نظر رشد و توسعه اقتصادی نقش بسیار مهمی در محیط اقتصادی دارند، حکمرانی به عنوان یکی از ورودی‌های اساسی برای رفاه مردم در نظر گرفته شده است. بنابراین توجه به نقش شاخص‌های حکمرانی خوب  و نبود آن به خصوص در کشورهای در حال توسعه و تأثیر آن بر توزیع درآمد که یکی از مهم‌ترین اهداف دولت‌ها به شمار می‌رود، بسیار با اهمیت و ضروری است.  این پژوهش یکی از مطالعات اولیه ای است  که نسبت به سایر مطالعات از سه جنبه تکنیکی، منطقه‌ای و زمانی می‌توان مورد بررسی قرار داد. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثر حکمرانی خوب بر نابرابری درآمد در کشورهای منتخب در حال توسعه و توسعه یافته؛ با تأکید بر کنترل فساد طی دوره زمانی 2017-2000 می‌باشد. متدولوژی: در این پژوهش از سه شاخص ثبات سیاسی، حاکمیت قانون و کنترل فساد به عنوان حکمرانی خوب استفاده شده است با استفاده از رگرسیون پانل کوانتایل پویا، از یک طرف به بررسی اثر شاخص‌های حکمرانی خوب بر نابرابری درآمد پرداخته و از طرف دیگر اثر درآمدهای مالیاتی به همراه نرخ تورم و تولید ناخالص داخلی سرانه به عنوان متغیرهای ابزاری بر نابرابری درآمد بررسی شده است. یافتهها: نتایج حاصل از تخمین مدل رگرسیون پانل کوانتایل پویا نشان می‌دهد که کنترل فساد و حاکمیت قانون در هر دو گروه کشورها در چارک‌های 25، 50 و 75 به ترتیب اثر مثبت و منفی و معناداری بر نابرابری درآمد دارند. ثبات سیاسی نیز در هردو گروه کشورها در چارک‌های 25 و 50 اثر منفی و در چارک 75 اثر مثبت و معنادری دارد، همچنین درآمدهای مالیاتی، نرخ تورم و تولید ناخالص داخلی سرانه در چارک‌های مذکور در کشورهای منتخب اثرات متفاوتی بر نابرابری درآمد دارند.     نتیجه: شاخص‌های حاکمیت قانون و کنترل فساد در هر دو گروه کشورهای منتخب و در تمام چارک‌ها به ترتیب اثرات منفی و مثبت معناداری بر نابرابری درآمد دارند. همچنین ضریب شاخص ثبات سیاسی نشان می‌دهد که در دو چارک اول در هر دو گروه کشورها، اثر منفی و معناداری بر نابرابری درآمد( ضریب جینی) دارد و این می‌تواند به این معنا باشد که با بی‌ثباتی سیاسی، انگیزه سرمایه‌گذاری ضعیف و مصرف‌گرایی در این جوامع تقویت شود که در نتیجه منجر به کاهش تولید و نابرابری درآمد می‌شود. این در حالی است که در چارک سوم در هر دو گروه کشورهای مورد مطالعه، شاخص ثبات سیاسی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر نابرابری درآمد دارد، به این معنا که با افزایش ثبات سیاسی توزیع درآمد برابرتر می‌شود.  }, keywords_fa = {حکمرانی خوب,کنترل فساد,ثبات سیاسی,نابرابری درآمد,پانل کوانتایل پویا}, url = {https://jqe.scu.ac.ir/article_16989.html}, eprint = {https://jqe.scu.ac.ir/article_16989_93cdd910ded4e63d4fb48494c2215bd6.pdf} }
